Phoenix Hotel Ha Giang

Everything was excellent, with gentle and highly efficient staff, exceeded all expectations. the room was neat, also it had smoke detectors. the location was marvelous and beautiful, in the district, the hotel overlooked the lake. It was hard to leave and I would definitely stay here again.

thanks all for an excellent stay for short night before keep ahead to the trips northen to ha giang. the room was big with a balcony, the staff were highly efficient. plus we had iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and satellite tv. the location was good, just next door to vietnam, the trucks and ha giang and easily accessible.

Actually everything was awesome. The double room I stayed in was spotless with a balcony. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a refrigerator were really useful...

Quiet spot with a balcony for chilling out. the bathroom had a convenient roll-in shower, hairdryer, and even a bidet! the hotel is located right next to nice restaurants and the heart of Vietnam 🌟.

A nice spot, my spouse and I really enjoyed it! the room I stayed in was super clean and new, even had a balcony. the location in this district was prime. Plus, it was conveniently close to restaurants and transport 🌟.

The location was marvelous and stunning, not far from the restaurant, the trucks, and Vietnam. the twin room was exceptionally comfortable with a balcony, providing guests with essentials. the staff were nice, incredible, and knowledgeable about the area.

We had a lovely time during our romantic stay by the river. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of local rice cakes and dishes. the hotel's location was perfect as it was central but quiet, with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed spending time in our big, clean and comfortable room, which provided ample privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

The pool also had a strange half-covered, half-not covered design that was not visually pleasing. we noticed that there was some construction work currently being done near the hotel which could be bothersome to some guests.

I had a great solo stay in this peaceful hotel with lovely staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions on foot, and the tranquil view of the river from my beautiful room was fantastic. I couldn't help but notice hownice and neat the room was, and how delicious and varied the breakfast was!

The hotel's location is great, right by the river, with easy access to interesting sites, cafes, and eating places. the staff was outstanding, offering assistance at all times. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent view. the breakfast was unusual, with a wide variety of local dishes, including rice cakes, making it a unique experience.

One minor downside was the nearby construction site that detracted slightly from the peace and quiet.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session as it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events. The facilities were well-equipped and the staff was helpful in setting up the room and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a space with printers, computers, and other office facilities readily available.
